BTR SKIN has the right to change prices, subscriptions, and any documentation of products at any given time.

Product Disclaimer

BTR SKIN is not responsible for any medical conditions and does not have the authority to provide medical diagnosis for skin conditions. We recommend using our products as directed and if you're unsure, you may contact your local dermatologist to see if BTR SKIN is right for you. Please use our products only as directed and avoid contact with the eyes. If any irritation occurs such as itching, soreness, redness or burning, we suggest to discontinue use and contact your dermatologist.

It is recommended that prior to exposure to the sun, clients will have to cover the areas where AHA's have been applied with sunscreen. Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency and duration.

All products are provided with no warranty of any kind and must be used within the the time frame stated in each individual packaging. 

Moisturizers:     best before 6 months 

AHA and BHA:    best before 1 year

Salicylic Acid:     best before 1 year

Return Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days and cannot be used or opened. The return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.

We will replace your shipment free of charge if we sent the wrong order, arrives broken or if order is lost in transit. 

However we will not be offering refunds for wrong addresses placed in order by customer unless notified before 48h, exchanges in order after confirmation will not be accepted nor returning used products. 

Gift Vouchers 

Exclusive to BTR SKIN products on official website www.btrskin.com, applicable in a single transaction until date of expiry stated on card.

Unused values will not be refunded, added to any transactions, cannot be redeemed for any cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry date. BTR SKIN is not responsible for any stolen or lost vouchers and will not be replaced.

If your purchase exceeds the value of of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid via credit card.
